Blackberry Pies

4 c blackberries 
1/2 c sugar (maybe a little more next time)
1/2 c sugar
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 refrigerated pie crusts

Makes 12 pies in muffin pan

Preheat over to 350.

Mix berries, flour, sugar and lemon juice together - mash some of the berries (but not to smithereens).

Cute circles from pie dough, and mash into muffin pan.

Divide filling into the 12 pies.

Cut decorative shapes from remaining pie crust, top pies.

Brush too with egg was and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Cool in pan at least 15-20 minutes.

Curly's Chicken & Hashbrown Casserole

Curly posted this recipe on facebook a while back and I am trying it tonight.

1 boiled chicken, picked off the bone (I used a rotisserie)
1 bunch green onions
1 sm container sour cream
1 bag of hashbrowns 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag cheddar cheese (I used fresh grated)

Season to taste
Mix
Bake @ 375 for 1 hour
