RoseAnn´s Refrigerator Rolls

2 pkg yeast
2 c warm water
1/2 c sugar
2 t salt
1 egg
1/4 c oil
6-61/2 cups flour


  • grease bowl
  • combine yeast, water, and sugar and let yest bloom
  • add egg and oil
  • add flour and salt
  • stick in fridge to let rise overnight
  • shape into rolls
  • let side 30-60 min in warm space
  • Bake 30 min at 325

Blackberry Pies

4 c blackberries 
1/2 c sugar (maybe a little more next time)
1/2 c sugar
Juice of 1/2 lime
2 refrigerated pie crusts

Makes 12 pies in muffin pan

Preheat over to 350.

Mix berries, flour, sugar and lemon juice together - mash some of the berries (but not to smithereens).

Cute circles from pie dough, and mash into muffin pan.

Divide filling into the 12 pies.

Cut decorative shapes from remaining pie crust, top pies.

Brush too with egg was and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake @ 350 for 25-30 minutes.

Cool in pan at least 15-20 minutes.
