Stacy wanted Mom's Chicken Spaghetti recipe (before we discovered the cheese and rotel chicken spaghetti. So after granny's funeral I decided I needed to take pictures of of scan in Mom's recipes and put them on here so we can all have them. So I got the recipe box and found the recipe Stacy was wanting ... and it is difficult to read, but not impossible.
Dad and I deciphered it.
1 chicken, boiled, boned and cut up
1 pt broth reserved from boiled chicken
Sauté:
1 stick oleo
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Add:
1 can tomato soup
1 can mushroom soup
2 T chili powder
1 sm jar pimentos
10 oz pkg spaghetti cooked in chicken broth
Combine all ingredients
Mix well
Put in casserole
Top with grated cheese
Heat until bubbling
If mixture seems too thick, use pint of broth to thin
This freezes well
