2 c warm water
1/2 c sugar
2 t salt
1 egg
1/4 c oil
6-61/2 cups flour
- grease bowl
- combine yeast, water, and sugar and let yest bloom
- add egg and oil
- add flour and salt
- stick in fridge to let rise overnight
- shape into rolls
- let side 30-60 min in warm space
- Bake 30 min at 325
